Custom swords & knives

No minimum order. One blade, one smith, forged to your measurements.

Not every blade belongs on a shelf. If you already know the length, the steel and the hand that will hold it, we will forge it for you — one off, no catalogue compromise. Bring us a sketch, a museum reference, a family crest or just a drawing on a napkin; we will work out the geometry and build it to hold an edge.

  1. Blade steel 1060, 1075, 1095 or pattern-welded Damascus — pick the alloy that suits how you will actually use it.
  2. Length & grind From a 6-inch hunting knife to a 42-inch claymore, with flat, hollow or convex grinds.
  3. Handle & fittings Oiled walnut, micarta, stacked leather or bone, with a brass, steel or bronze guard and pommel.
  4. Etch & sheath Your initials, a crest or a dedication etched in the ricasso, plus a hand-stitched leather sheath.

Typical lead time is 6–10 weeks from deposit, with progress photos sent at quench and at final assembly.

7-day return on damaged blades. A commission is forged to your specification once you approve the quote and pay the deposit, so outside of transit damage it cannot be returned, exchanged or cancelled after forging begins. If it arrives damaged by mail, report it within 7 days and we refund or forge a replacement.
